Farm Labor Needed ASAP for 4 People

I have a farm in Corning, CA which I operate with my sister. We need 4 strong and hardworking individuals for one 8–10-hour day. That day is Thursday, April 15, 2021. The day will begin at 7 am. The work consists of shoveling dirt over the sides of our plastic mulch and help us replace the plastic mulch which has been destroyed. The work is physical and it must be done neatly, quickly, and thoroughly. The rows are 900' feet long so, you must be healthy enough to carry 50 lbs in weight, and well enough to walk constantly for 10 hours. We will pay you $13 per hour cash. We do not have a bathroom facility at this time - so you will need to use the bathroom at Loves which is 1.5 miles away. To get to the bathroom you must have a vehicle. We do not tolerate spitting, urination, drugs, or smoking on the property. Nor will we tolerate bad attitudes. We are kind individuals but we have a very serious job to be done here. We reserve the right to send any individual home immediately whom we believe has violated these rules, or whom we determine is not prepared to do this work. Some English is good - but perfect English is not necessary. On Wednesday April 14, 2021 we will be holding an open interview from 3:00 to 5:00 P.M. We will advise the selected applicants by phone or text by 6:00 - 8 P.M. Wednesday, unless advised earlier during the interview. No appointments will be considered if I do not receive your email prior to that time. As we anticipate having an overflow of applicants - this is a first come first serve basis. If your appointment is not confirmed by us, we have reached our limit on applicants. If your local reference(s) cannot be confirmed by that time, we cannot schedule you for an interview.
