Simply Eloped provides affordable elopement packages to couples in 32 destinations, including Gatlinburg. We're looking for an onsite helper for elopements. *Helper! - Ensure guests all know where to meet day of - Ensure guests and vendors are on time (early) - Manage timeline day of - Can oversee setup of chairs but is not responsible for actually setting up/breaking down/arranging - Can pick up/be in charge of flowers in the case delivery isn’t an option - Arrange guests in fashion that is most comfortable/best for photography *Once ceremony begins* EITHER Take photos or video on COUPLES phone OR Live-stream ceremony on Zoom to friends and family of couple using YOUR phone *When ceremony ends Ensure guests and couple know their way off-site Ensure portrait session takes place Gracefully exit *Additional expectations Please ensure you arrive 30 minutes or more prior to ceremony time (estimated on- site time one hour) --- If you are interested, please complete our potential vendor survey () and we will reach out if you are a good fit.
