We are a family operation in Bridgeport, NE that farms corn, sugar beets, wheat and alfalfa. Our equipment is kept up to date and we are big into technology. As a family operation we are not looking for managers but for a hands on, motivated, trusted, hard working employee. Specific areas would be spraying, planting, harvesting, and preventative maintenance. Our ground is mostly pivot irrigated with some gravity corners as well. We also do a fair amount of hauling so experience in trucking would be preferred but not mandatory. If you do not have a vast amount of experience in agriculture but are willing to learn and be part of our family we would for sure entertain a conversation. This is a full time position that does require longer hours in the summer time. We value our employees and are looking for long term people that want to grown with us.
