This job will run 6 days a week from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. This job is 30 hours a week! You will be finished before noon! Your job will include: Clean rooms, hallways, lobby, restrooms, corridors and other areas so that health standards are met. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes meeting quality standards for services and evaluating customer satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities: • Empty wastebaskets and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas. • Sweep, scrub floors using brooms, mops and/or powered scrubbing machines. • Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and/or draperies using vacuum cleaners. • Dust and polish furniture and equipment. • Keep storage areas well stocked, clean and tidy. • Replace light bulbs. • Replenish bathroom supplies. • Wash windows, walls, ceilings and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary. • Checks the outside shed maintenance room to ensure it is neat and clean. • Completely cleans swimming pool area daily prior to 10 a.m. o Mops floors in bathhouses. o Completely scrubs, cleans and sanitizes sinks, commodes and urinals. o Cleans mirrors. o Replaces toilet tissues and hand towels. o Completely cleans and dusts the area. o Washes down all tables and sanitizes. o Washes and sanitizes the baby changing station. o Picks up trash and cleans pool deck area as needed. o Ensures that any equipment stored outside is stored neatly and covered to protect from weather. o Empties trash cans and replaces liners. • Dusts corners of clubhouse making certain cobwebs, dirt and marks have been removed.
