System 1 is searching for a reliable employee to fill a cleaning position in Downtown Sarasota, FL. The successful candidate must have reliable transportation, a solid work ethic, and be able to pass a background check. Hablamos Espanol! Availability: Monday-Friday Responsibilities: Trash removal • Cleaning restrooms • Low/high dusting • Floor cleaning including vacuuming, mopping • Maintaining safety/security of facility • Maintaining entryway glass and lobby areas • Ensuring janitor closets meet company safety and cleanliness standards • Following company policies/procedures Qualifications: Janitorial experience is beneficial but not required; employee must be able to climb ladders; duties involve frequent bending/lifting About the company: System 1, Inc. is an industry leader in delivering facility services including janitorial, handyman services, snow removal, and landscaping.
