Need Painter and someone to fix time

TEXT ME! DONT CALL ME!!! READ THE WHOLE AD!!! need a painter and finisher to paint a room in my dc house. The room is about 275 square feet. You may need to do some small patching and sanding. I also need you to take up about four tiles and apply thinset and put the tiles back down and grout them. I will provide materials including paint, think set, and grout. We should be able to use the sane tile. You need to bring tools to paint and lay the tile. This job pays $200 for 8 hours but if you finish faster I'll pay cash when you finish.
