HOWARD COUNTY, MD — As of Monday, Howard County has a total of 18,060 positive new coronavirus cases, according to the Howard County Health Department, and 237 deaths. The state has 427,715 confirmed cases and 8,294 deaths total, reports the Maryland Department of Health.
