Turn off your lights and go dark for the Earth for 1 hour to save energy and spend sometime outdoors with us for an outdoor yoga flow. Come enjoy nature and the sunset with us to celebrate Earth Day! Tickets will be at a lower cost than usual at only $5 and a portion of the proceeds with be donated to help envirnomental charities!
Everyone is welcome and class will be tailored for beginners with modifications for intermediate.

We will meet starting at around 6:00 pm est
Social distancing measures will be in place (mats spaced 6ft apart)Bring a yoga mat and/or a towel and a filled water bottle.Participants will be required to wear a mask when not on their mat. A yoga practice is not just a way to get in shape, it's also an opportunity for self-care.
What are we willing to do for ourselves? What are the things that will bring us peace and joy? This yoga practice can be one of these things and many other healthy habits that lead us towards healing and growth on our journey.
