All individuals arrested or charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. REPORTS UNLAWFUL ENTRY, 2021-04090222, 1200 block of N. Irving Street. At approximately 10:35 p.m. on April 9, police were dispatched to the report of a burglary in progress. While on the phone with dispatch, the victim advised he heard his apartment door open and close and noise originating from the kitchen area. The victim opened the door and allegedly saw the suspect inside his residence. The suspect fled the residence when the victim stated that he was calling police. Arriving officers located an individual matching the description of the suspect provided by the victim inside of the building's elevator. Noah Snyder, 23, of Glen Arm, MD was arrested and charged with Unlawful Entry and Drunk in Public. BRANDISHING, 2021-04100004, 200 block of 23rd Street S. At approximately 12:05 a.m. on April 10, police were dispatched to the report of an individual brandishing a weapon. Upon arrival, it was determined that at 11:30 p.m., a security guard was conducting a security check of a parking garage when he witnessed a group of approximately 10 males smoking marijuana. Upon the security guard telling the individuals they were not permitted to smoke in the garage, the suspect brandished a firearm and told him to leave. The suspect is described as a Black male wearing a black face mask, 5'11" – 6'2", and weighed approximately 150 – 200 lbs. The investigation is ongoing. MISSILE INTO OCCUPIED DWELLING, 2021-04110176, 2400 block of S. Lowell Street. At approximately 11:11 p.m. on April 11, police were dispatched to the report of a destruction of property. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim was inside of his residence when he heard a loud noise and saw that the outside pane of his window had been shattered.
