Every last Sunday of the month Summerland Salon & Spa hosts Self Care Sunday, with yoga, wellness workshops, shopping, and more! Self Care Sunday, hosted by Summerland Salon & Spa Join us every last Sunday of the month for Self Care Sunday. Enjoy a gentle oceanside yoga class to start of your morning, followed by a wellness workshop and discounts on all your favorite beauty and wellness products! SWEET & SLOW YOGA 10:30AM at Oceanview Park in Summerland (2526 Lillie Ave) This month's guest teacher, Leanna Doyle of the Red Chair Studio will be sharing a sweet & slow practice for all levels. This class is perfect for anyone wanting to connect with their breath, move intentionally, and find the joy in the strength and freedom of personal body alignment. Discover how to stay present as you practice, moving slowly through standing and seated poses, and ending in sweet savasana! Class will be at Oceanview Park in Summerland. There is free parking in the lot or along the street. We will be practicing on the lawn, so bring a mat and/or a blanket. After yoga we will venture down the street to Summerland Salon & Spa for some delicious afternoon tea or fresh spa water. Enjoy shopping our amazing beauty and wellness products with a 15% discount! Our workshop will start at 12pm which you are welcome to purchase a combo ticket to attend that as well or you're free to just join us for yoga! SELF CARE SUNDAY WORKSHOP 12PM at Summerland Salon & Spa (2410 Lillie Ave) This month's workshop is all about spring cleaning your skin care routine! Time to throw away those old products and learn how to protect and enhance your current routine with the power of vitamin C and healthy greens. Our esthetician & wellness coach, Leslie Derham will share her extensive knowledge on the importance of clean eating and clean skin care. We will get to play with different products that will help protect your skin from environmental aggressors, leaving you feeling relaxed and empowered in the new way you can care for your skin. After the workshop feel free to shop! Your $25 ticket goes directly to any product purchase. Healthy lite bites & beverages will be served.
