Hear his voice on a recently discovered 100 year old record and witness the life, legend and lore of James ‘Doc’ Lowman, great grandfather to San Diego’s own traveling musician Tim ‘Low Volts’ Lowman in this mini ‘Doc’umentary by Andrew Rowley.
