Need help in activating my Verizon wireless sim card

I am currently in India and lost my US sim card. Verizon says they can ship a card but it needs to be activated in the US first. Unfortunately I don't have anybody who can activate the sim card for me at the moment. So I am looking for some body who can help. Obviously you'll need a Verizon smart phone which will accept the new sim card. This is not a Nigerian prince deal and I don't have millions to offer. I am just in a tricky situation and need help. I will share an image of my driver's license to prove my identity. I can offer a modest sum of 100$. 50$ when you ship it and 50$ when I recieve it. But that is 100$ for at most half an hours work. If you have wells Fargo or Bank of America account I can transfer the money directly into your account. If you prefer some other way, I can work with you on that. Here is what is involved. - We get in touch and you share an address where Verizon can ship the sim card. - I talk to Verizon and share the address you shared with me so they can ship it to you. - You activate the card using a verizon smart phone - You ship it to the address I share with you. (It is the address of a company which shops products to international customers myus.com.) and send me a tracking number. - I send you 50$. - I recieve the sim card - I send you another 50$.
