Job Description: Surfacequest is the nation's leader in architectural film application. Working as a Surfacequest Prep Installer, you will have the opportunity to travel to different locations, work on diverse job sites and be part of a growing energetic team. General Purpose: Working with a team of certified installers, our technicians aid in setting up the work area, prep substrates, assist your team to apply the film and help clean up the work area when the install is complete. Compensation: Competitive wages After hours pay at time-and-a-half Compensation while traveling to and from out-of-town jobsites A one time sign-on bonus of $500 *upon a 3-month satisfactory performance review* Weekly Payroll Benefits: Health and Dental Insurance FSA and HSA Plans Short and Long Term Disability Insurance 401(k) Plan Cell phone allowance Team building and training events Uniforms and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) provided by company Local and out-of-town travel Out-of-town work includes per diem and travel is arranged and paid by company Job Responsibilities: Receive and review emails with job instructions and details Communication via email, text or phone with your Operations Supervisors and coworkers Timely reporting of hours and expenses Assistance with work area set up and tear down Take direction from senior or lead installers Inspect and prepare various surfaces, which could include the following activities: Cleaning Sanding Sealing Filler Application Skills Required: Attention to detail, cleanliness, patience, and strong work ethic Professional work demeanor Ability to communicate, cooperate, and collaborate with Surfacequest team members at all levels Desire to learn the skill sets required to become a Certified Architectural Film Installer Ability to self-manage; stay on task and work independently Punctual and reliable attendance Think creatively and share ideas with your team.
