OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN (BACKUP ROUTE DELIVERY DRIVER) We're looking for an active, upbeat, motivated individual to join our Stillwater, MN Culligan team as a Plant-Warehouse Technician and backup Route Delivery Driver (Operations Technician)! If you are a career-oriented individual, looking for an active, fast-paced position, this is the job for you! You will be working in the plant to clean and maintain equipment, load and unload trucks and assist with inventory control. We are looking for a Plant-Warehouse Technician (OPerations Technician) who will also complete backup Route Driving responsibilities when needed. **Please note this is an on-site opportunity. The health, safety, and wellness of our employees and customers is important to us, we follow CDC COVID safety guidelines in all of our dealerships** Our Plant-Warehouse Tech’s (Operations Technician) are a fundamental part of our dealership’s success, communicating vital information with other departments and assuring that our customers get what they need. What do Operations Technicians do for Culligan? Load and unload trucks, maintain and repair plant equipment Clean water coolers and production equipment Operate company vehicles, including forklifts Go above and beyond to meet customers’ needs Communicate and coordinate with other departments Route driving duties on an as-needed basis Deliver water conditioning products to commercial and residential customers Promote Culligan products and services What qualities do you need to be our next Operations Tech?
