I'm 60 years old, somewhat needs help, you get paid ( about $1500), there is a free room plus free living. I need conversation to exercise my memory and few monthly appointments with doctors because I'm not allowed to drive yet. And if things go right one can be partner in two businesses. Thanks. P.S:- I prefer a female, but male is fine, and age must be above 45 years of age.
