Immediate opening for a full time position for maintenance person at large condominium community in Moon Township. Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm. Must be available in rotation with other staff for after hours calls and emergencies. Must be dependable, have vehicle and clear criminal. Should possess general handyman skills-carpentry, plumbing, painting, etc. $17.00 per hour, includes health insurance, 401K, uniforms, vehicle allowance.
