UGA G-Day Transportation from Atlanta

If you are working the UGA game and would like to carpool from Atlanta to Athens, we have rented a van. If you are working the UGA game and would like to carpool from Atlanta to Athens, we will provide group transportation. Transportation fee is only $5 per person to cover the cost of gas... TITAN is covering the cost of the rental. The van/bus charter is an option for you, and is not required to work the shift, but is simply arranged for you, with cost partially supplemented as a benefit for the team. There is no smoking, no food, and no beverages (water only) allowed on the bus, and you are responsible for making it to the office on time for bus pick-up. The bus will drop off at Gate 6 at Sanford Stadium in Athens. The van will pick up at our office located at 1954 Airport Rd, Chamblee, GA 30341 between 7:45am-8:00am, with firm departure time of 8:00am. Arrival time in Athens should be 9:30am. The game should end at approximately 5:00pm, and you will depart for the group transportation once you have checked out at Gate 6. You will be paid for time that you are working onsite at the venue, but not for commute time. Even if you plan to pay onsite, please reserve a spot through the ticketing system so that we know how many seats we have reserved. If you do not reserve a seat, and there is no space left on the van/bus, you will not be guaranteed transportation. Please reserve tickets by Friday at 5:00pm. Please remember that only clear bags are allowed to be brought into the stadium. TITAN is arranging group transportation as a courtesy to those who do not have the means to drive to Athens to work the shift, but does not assume responsibility for any injuries, damages or loss arising out of negligent operation or supervision of the vehicle. Masks are recommended during the commute. Employees must have their temperature checked prior to entering van, and anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or higher will not be allowed to work.
