Residents and fellows in all years of training and all medical specialties are encouraged to participate. WHAT TO EXPECT The Cheese Louise Food Truck will be parked down the street from J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital, in the Suncrest United Methodist Church parking lot. Stop by the food truck any time between 12pm and 2pm to enjoy lunch and collect information about leading hospitals, healthcare systems, and practice groups across the country.
