Description

This is Beefcake. He is a 7 year old American Bully. He is roughly 70-80 lbs. He is an absolute sweetheart. He is absolutely amazing and gentle. We do not want to rehome him, however we CANNOT contain him. We moved to a home in independence a year ago with a chain link fence. Since we moved in, every time he goes outside he jumps the fence. We tried installing and underground fence but he found ways around it as well. Once he’s out of the yard he’s almost impossible to catch until he gives up. We have tried COUNTLESS things to keep him in the yard and NOTHING works. We have started having to put him on a chain when letting him outside. If he happens to slip passed one of my little kids opening the patio door to play outside... he’s gone. It’s becoming increasing frustrating and with a newborn I can’t spend all my time chasing a dog around the neighborhood. He had even been impounded once and I had to sign a paper from the city saying I would pay a heafty fine if he was caught roaming again so he was need a house with a privacy fence. We did have him in an apartment and he did fine since he was always on a leash. Beefcake loves all other animals. He can be lazy, but as soon as someone is willing to play he is running along right beside them. He absolutely adores kids. I have a newborn and 5 and 7 year old he has been raised with and absolutely adores them with all his being. He is also fixed, utd on shots, and microchipped. He does not need to be kenneled. He can free roam the house for 10+ hours without an accident and is not destructive. He also does not shred toys. His favorite toy is a stuffed animal lambchop. He also has allergies which is typical of the breed. He has to have his ears cleaned as well as eat a particular food. It’s not expensive. You will get a copy of his allergy chart. We are looking for the perfect home and will not be rehoming him to just anyone. He is a PERFECT dog just needs a home with a privacy fence. I am asking a reasonable rehoming fee of $200. He will come with food to get you started and his collars and toys.
