Wood flooring for 3 rooms

Hi. I'm looking to hire someone to install wood flooring in 3 rooms in my condo (two bedrooms and a den). The bedrooms are 110 and 125 sq ft, and the den is around 175 sq ft. 410 sq ft in total. There are also two stairs/risers in the den that need flooring and nosing. Wood should be 5" red oak or similar.
