Seeking proposal for the repair or replacement of two exterior stairwells. Each stairwell consists of 16 risers that are 72in x 13in and a landing that is 152in x 69in. The concrete is crumbling and the metal trays are rusted out and need replacement. You must demonstrate that you or your company is well qualified to perform the work.
