Concrete Foreman Job Summary We are looking for an experienced, talented individual to join our construction company as a Concrete Foreman. As part of our team, you lead crews in the completion of various major concrete projects, always ensuring a safe and efficient workplace. You coordinate tasks for your crews according to current project needs, produce schedules for crew members, and supervise the use of machinery. In some cases, you may need to train crew members on safe equipment use. Our ideal candidate has considerable professional experience in construction, particularly with concrete projects. You must also possess excellent leadership and communication skills. Concrete Foreman Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate tasks and schedules for crew membersSupervise workers throughout the shift, ensuring safety, appropriate work stoppages, and organizationResolve problems with projects, materials, and workers as they arise Concrete Foreman Requirements and Qualifications Five years of construction experience, including experience in a leadership or supervisory positionDetailed knowledge of concrete construction procedures and OSHA guidelinesExperience with blueprint reading, concrete finishing, and managing crewsExcellent communication and organizational skills
