Job Summary The Apartment Cleaner is responsible for cleaning and disinfecting residential properties, including common hallways and common areas of the apartment communities, reporting to the Director of Operations. Quality work, responsiveness, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in serving the client, residents, and fellow employees are critical components to the position. For more information, Essential Functions Cleans and disinfects common hallways of the apartment community. Completes tasks on time and right the first time. Demeanor is courteous, professional, and can communicate and react with a sense of urgency. Maintains a positive customer service attitude and professional communications. Completes the required logs, and other required documents. Complies with applicable safety regulations in the performance of duties. Other duties as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor Skills and Qualifications Ability to maintain professionalism while in continuous contact with residents and other employees. Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the English language. Ability to lift objects weighing 50 lbs. without the assistance of tools or devices. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Ability to maintain a positive relationship with supervisor. Ability to multi-task, establish priorities. Ability to manage time.
