Clarke Painting and Property Management is looking for Summer help to paint the exterior and interior of primarily residential housing units. Additionally, we repair rental units for tenants and work on flipping houses. We are looking for someone with energy who is willing to climb ladders, and run around on roofs. We are willing to train the right individual. Experience is not required, but a positive attitude and a customer first attitude is.
Carpentry experience is a plus.
You must:
Have a working vehicle
Have a working cell phone
Be able to follow instructions
Be open and willing to learn new skill sets.
Most of our work is outside and we are looking for 35 to 40 hours per week. The right individual will be able to stay on with us in the Fall and Winter.
