Anoka County Community Action Program, Inc. and the Church of St. Timothy's are hosting a COVID-19 vaccination clinic. FAQ’s Who is eligible for this vaccine? Priority vaccinations will be given to: • Persons age 60 or older • Caregivers to those who are age 60 and older • Persons with a disability or with medical conditions and their caregivers • Family members of multigenerational households • Those considered homeless according to HUD definitions Is there a cost? No cost for the vaccination or any co-pay. If you have medical insurance, please bring your insurance card as the licensed vaccinator may need this information. How do I schedule an appointment? Please call an ACCAP scheduler at 763-783-4747. If you receive a voicemail, please leave your name and number and you will be called back promptly to schedule your appointment. OR you can schedule your appointment through our Event Brite scheduler. When should I arrive? Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your ticket time as there is paperwork to complete.
