Hello Neighbors, This is a FULL TIME Maintenance Technician position available with Premier Property Management for several of their commercial buildings. Job responsibilities include: • Routinely inspects and troubleshoots issues with the mechanical, electrical, air conditioning and plumbing systems, as well as any structural elements on the property. • Performs exterior custodial duties as needed. Snow removal, gathering trash and empty trash receptacles. • Operate a variety of equipment to perform preventive maintenance, minor repairs and maintain cleanliness of the interior / exterior areas of the property including, but not limited to: painting; drywall; minor plumbing, masonry, electrical, carpentry, asphalt repairs; clearing drain stoppages; tile repair; interior / exterior lighting, including lamp, fuse and ballast replacement. • Maintain various HVAC systems including filter changing, belt replacement, and general repair. • Respond to Tenant needs via online portal system • Responsible for multiple properties, all within 15-minute drive time. • Position requires availability during normal business hours, and on call for emergency situations. • Must have valid driver’s license and be drug free.
