Essential Business lots of work. Construction Labor - *(All San Diego Area) San Diego-East County-Spring Valley based company. Compensation: Depending on Experience Employment type: Part-time maybe Full-time Labor Construction - Good with Heights Looking for a Construction - Labor for a part time maybe leading to full time permanent position - (7:00a.m. -- 4:00pm, Monday-Friday) Work M-F - usually 6 to 8 hours daily ~ 30-40 weekly - Applicant is required to work 40 hrs./week Construction laborer/apprentice - all types from General construction to roofing; Will train. Expect you to be a hard worker ; responsible personal. No height issues, comfortable on roofs and climbing tall ladders. Able to do all phases and/or to learn all phases of construction. Must be proficient in English. Can drive a nail and know difference between 8d and 16d. Qualifications to include, but are not limited to: - Candidates have a minimum experience, in general construction knowledge - Experience with roofing a plus. - Must be able to lift 50+lbs., repeated bending, climbing, kneeling, must be able to climb 24' ladder; 32' ladders - Have their own RELIABLE transportation, with current, valid DMV license - Have their own basic hand tools - Must be able to work well under supervision and team environment - Must be reliable and show up to work every day - Drug testing and background check will be conducted Contact --John, leave name phone number and why you would be worth the position.
