Personal Assistant Needed in NE Portland. We need help with Unpacking and Organizing in our home. General Errands, Shopping, etc. Our ideal assistant has their own transportation, a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. We have two small dogs. We are looking for someone who has a solid resume/references, and understands that we will do a background check to increase safety in our home. Duties will include: Unpacking boxes/organizing dishware/closets. Run errands Clerical tasks Watering plants Setting up appointments for/and taking our dogs to the Vet Organizing and helping with home projects Make appointments and travel arrangements Set up appointments to assign work to Handymen Answering and writing emails Possible dog/house sitting in the future The hours are: 20-30 per week and the pay is $20 per hour. We may offer more hours to the right person. Required People skills Respecting people’s time Thoughtful problem-solving Ability to lift/move objects heavier than 30 lbs. (items like: Potted plants, books, kitchenware, move furniture around, etc.) Ability to carry boxes/or items(like lamps) upstairs and downstairs. Not required, but a bonus Some social media/outreach experience Has worked in an office setting Brand awareness skills We will wear masks with each other.
