A Saturday full of remembrance, charity and fitness honoring Murph and all the others who gave the ultimate sacrifice for us. Join us Saturday this memorial weekend to workout and give back as we hold our first annual Murph event. 75% of all proceeds from this event will be donated to local charities, including Steamtown Crossfits new non-profit 501(c)(3), (IRS pending) Steamtown Hero Guard. Get your tickets by May 10th and get a free event T-shirt! There will also be a 50/50 at the door. As always, scales will be available.
