Maintenance/handyman required for vacation rental management company.

Description

Part time OR full time maintenance/handyman needed. Must have basic knowledge of minor plumbing such as faucet repairs, replace toilet valves and handles etc. Basic troubleshooting such as lock repairs, door handle replacement, grouting and silicone replacement. Window and door latches, ceiling fan troubleshooting, Wifi and Cable issues. Need to be good at finding solutions, reliable, with own transport and able to work at least 1 weekend day. For full time applicants, both weekend days would be required.
