We are hiring Floor Care Technicians with experience, who cares about the quality of their work and has attention to detail. Schedule- Sunday 7:00am to 3:30pm.. Monday thru Thursday 6:00pm to 2:30am- But must be available to work days and on-Call. POSITION SUMMARY: This position is for a Floor care technician, will be Performing Floor tech duties for Medical and Office buildings and other related areas. Full time position. Experience with Floor Work/Carpet cleaning, Pressure Washing and Window washing (Hand held equipment/Single story buildings) is Required- 3 years + Must have a general knowledge to operate all cleaning equipment. Janitorial experience prefered, but not required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- (including but not limited to): ~Floor care Knowledge of procedures for different types of floor surfaces. ~Performing stripping and waxing on VCT floors, machine floor scrubbing different type of surfaces, buffing, refinishing or sealing different types of hard surfaces, using appropriate equipment and chemicals, ~Carpet cleaning, spot treatment/cleaning and extractions using all approved methods and chemicals, ~Responsible of Securing working areas using proper safety methods, barricades as well as, be able to follow all safety protocols. ~Must be able to follow all safety methods while doing Pressure washing and Window washing. ~Must be able to learn other proper cleaning techniques. ~Must be able to always practice proper Safety procedures including, but not limited to- wearing personal protective equipment, clothing and footwear and maintaining all safety guidelines. REQUIREMENTS: ~Bilingual English/Spanish- Preferred. ~Valid Driving License with Clean DMV record. Must pass a Background check. ~Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. ~Must be able to Perform each essential function satisfactorily. ~Must be A Self started and must be able to work without supervision. ~Must have attention to detail to provide quality work. ~Must be able to work under pressure and under timelines. ~Must be organized and able to follow directions and schedules. ~Must be able to be on your feet during the entire shift, walking, bending, stopping, reaching, pushing/pulling, twisting, kneeling and squatting. ~Must be self started, motivated and have the ability to work in a team environment ~Floor tech- starting pay is $18.00 DOE ~This Company Participates in the E-Verified..............
