RESPONSIBILITIES/DAILY DUTIES
Complete small to medium building repairs.
Some interior painting.
Changing out switches and outlets.
Drywall patching.
Light plumbing work.
Light electrical.
Light carpentry.
No major structural work.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Some prior experience of general maintenance preferred.
Must be physically able to perform.
Organized and self-directed.
You will be expected to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen and background check.
