Do not give out your cell phone number to anyone on Craigslist. In postings for puppy’s for sale the listing will include an email for you to send your phone number to. The scam: they have no puppy’s. They are only after your phone number. They then sell your phone number to a scammer that will text you, with a link, trying to get you to click on it. When you do your phone will be compromised, hijacked, infected. Only use Craigslist emails to correspond with anyone. If they are legit they won’t mind you protecting yourself.
