A night out for a good cause—it’s Sort-A-Social! Heart of West Michigan United Way is expecting thousands of donated toiletries, cleaning supplies, and other basic needs items during our annual Bring the Basics collection drive. All donations will be delivered to our office, and we need your help sorting, counting, and repacking them so we can distribute them to local agencies. To ensure safety, we will have two sorting days on Tuesday, April 13th and Thursday, April 15th with 10 volunteers each day. Snacks will be available in a separate room during sorting. Masks will be required while sorting, and all volunteers will need to sign in, have their temperature taken, and answer a couple of health questions. After sorting, members are invited to meet up at the downtown Peppino's.
