Need help for mama cat and kittens

Is there anyone able to take in a mama cat and her 4 babies that are just four days old? ** the mama is in a wire dog kennel in our laundry room because she kept trying to move them on too of my 7ft bookshelf. Now she's picking them up, dropping them in her water bowl, dropping them in her litterbox, and smacking them against the wire sides of the kennel. I don't know if she's stressed or just a bad mom. But my work schedule won't allow for me to be able to bottle feed all of them. We don't mess with the kittens other than when I removed the soiled towel she delivered on and replaced it with a clean one. No other animals have access to her and they can't see each other either. I've even held off on laundry so the noise wouldn't bother her. Located in Lometa
