Housekeeper needed

We are looking for a long-term housekeeper who knows how to clean the house, bathrooms, bedrooms, living room, kitchen...etc, sweeping and mopping floors, do laundry and fold laundry, assist the woman in the house with any other chorus needed. We always have a housekeeper. With Covid 19, we need to request two Covid 19 vaccination done for this position. We need someone who is honest, responsible, productive, clean, detail orientated and can work Two days(Monday and Thursday) regularly between 9am-2pm, time is flexible, but need to be consistent. We are downsizing from 3700 sqft to 1500 sqft high rise condo. We also have many rental and warehouse to clean if you want to have extra hours. No Weekends No Nights! We will run the background and credit check)  2. You are 1099 subcontractor paid biweekly (Never late) 3. We will provide cleaning supplies  4.  Doing laundry/fold laundry  5. Cleaning and dusting (tables, drawers, shelves, mirrors, windows, bathroom, bath tubs, counters, sinks, whatever else needed to be done list provided weekly.)  6. Mopping/scrubbing floors  7. clean dishes and put them back   8. Change sheets regularly  9.Taking trash out  10. Must have cell phone and transportation.  11. Must take shoes off or wear clean slippers while at the house 12.  Must have two forms of ID(driver's license, birth certificate, Social security Card.)  13. Must provide the card showed two Covid 19 vaccination   14. $16-$18/per hour paid biweekly.   15. More details on the interview
