Our family chihuahua 6.5lbs escaped this morning just after 6 am. He was last seen by the Encinitas civic center and library e street and Vulcan and Cornish ave. Please let us know any details he needs his medication ASAP, he has been mis handled previously and doesn’t eat or toilet without me near. He is very timid, nervous and skiddish. Thank you 🙏
