CARPENTER - COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION Job Location :Austin ***** position IS FOR LONG TERM- **** NOT SHORT TERM Job Description: commercial carpenters ( Trim ) needed for long term opportunity in commercial construction environment. A qualified carpenter will have at least 1 years on a commercial construction site and have the ability to work trim carpentry to include safety hand rails, some rough carpentry tasks.. Skills/Qualifications: Use measuring devices for precision cuts ( tape measures; levels) Operating standard electrical equipment ( saws; drills; chop saws; routers; screw guns etc) Must have basic hand tools. Possess basic carpentry fundamentals as it relates to commercial ground up building. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly 8-10 hr days standing; lifting; bending; climbing stairs and ladders frequently.
