Maintenance Technicians--Perform unit turns. Maintenance repairs. Interior/Exterior repairs. Service calls 2. Skilled Laborers--Landscaping. Lock changes. Unit clean outs. Technician helpers 3. HVAC Technicians--Run service calls and new installs We offer Independent Contractor and Employee positions.
