Snelling of NoCo seeks an experienced Drywall Foreman for a valued Fort Collins client.  Pay: $25-32/hour, depending upon experience Text 970-225-0823 if interested! Drywall Foreman Plan, organize, supervise, and provide expertise in performing journeyman-level Drywall Framer duties. Consulting with clients and contractors in a professional manner, assigning tasks, ensure jobs are completed in due time and work is performed according to company standards. Discipline, mentor and monitor performance of employees. Support activities at all job-sites as directed. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Provide expertise in performing journeyman-level drywall framer duties Review project plan and blueprints Confirm layout with drawings and coordination drawings or model, generate RFI's for conflicts or differing conditions Estimate time, material, equipment and supplies needed Track production of all phases of framing, drywall and finishing Develop work schedules and crew assignments Develop and manage JHA's, ensure crews are working safely and properly trained Enter daily time for crew Maintain records of operations Monitor inventories and request supplies and equipment Ensure work areas are properly maintained Utilize a proactive approach to anticipate and resolve potential issues Consult with clients and contractors in a professional manner Ensure jobs are completed in due time and ensure work in performed according to company standards Discipline, mentor and monitoring performance of employees Complete other responsibilities as assigned   DRYWALL FOREMAN SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Foreman Drywall Framer or similar role Ability to learn new skills with attention to detail Lift and/or pull 75lbs., climb ladders, work off ladders, man lifts or other equipment Ability to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time, fully squat, bend or kneel while wearing a tool belt Display basic computer skills Capable of working in a variety of weather conditions Adhere to all OSHA and safety practices/procedures Support activities at all job-sites as directed
