Handyman Plumber Weld Copper Pipes

Need a handyman plumber with basic skills to do a quick job. I have a Mr.Steam above my shower. There is a 1/2" drain fitting that needs to be connected to a Y connector. May or may not need to weld or solder the copper pipe or may be able to use unions. There is an overflow pan also with a 1/2 inch connector. You need to buy a copper Y joint and connect both fittings to the drain pipe. Also I would like a simple vent fan connected to the existing electrical up there. I have the fan. Easy install if you know basic electrical. I can pay $100-$150 flat rate plus materials. You have to buy the materials if needed (I doubt you will need much) and I will reimburse. I think you may need some electrical wire and some copper fittings if anything.
