Fast-growing cold storage company looking for a temperature screener. This is a full-time direct hire position. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide temperature screening to all employees and visitors entering the building • Greet and welcome employees and visitors entering through the screening location • Maintain professionalism when interacting with employees and visitors • Provide hand sanitizer • Provide daily surgical mask • Screen every employee and visitor with a questionnaire listing all COVID symptoms • Administer, interpret and monitor individual temperatures utilizing handheld infrared thermometer or other approved devices. Must be comfortable with coming into close contact. Qualifications: • High School diploma or the equivalent (preferred). • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing (required). • Additional languages (preferred). • Excellent customer service skills (required). • Ability to balance multiple roles if coverage is low, across all departments within the organization • Ability to work as a team player and be flexible • Ability to have difficult conversations if an employee or visitor possess temperature or symptom and cannot enter premises.
