I am looking to hire a person to assist the Maintenance Supervisor with various outside jobs at a condominium complex in Oxford. This seasonal part time position will start in May and end in September. Work activities will include pressure washing decks and vinyl siding, staining decks, light landscaping at times, replacing patio pavers, pool maintenance and other work activities as needed. Must be able to work independently with little supervision. Hours are Mon.-Fri. 5-6 hours a day. May be some flexibility with hours. $15 - $17/hr. based on experience.
