We are looking for a small group of individuals to participate in a virtual Jury Research Project. If you are chosen to participate, you will view file material and listen to the facts of an actual case that is pending in a California Court. You will also help assist the attorneys in determining the potential opinions of jurors. Date: Saturday, April 24, 2021 Time: 10:00 AM Duration: Up to 6 hours If selected, you will receive a confidentiality agreement by email. This must be returned prior to receiving the link. You will receive a Zoom video conference link the day before the session. Log in will be no later than 9:50 AM and anyone attempting to log in after that will not be allowed to participate. The compensation is $140.00 and will be paid within 24 hours of your participation in the jury research project. You MUST have a Venmo or PayPal account. You are required to have access to a good and stable internet connection, and a computer with a video camera, speakers and microphone (headphones are preferred) along with the Zoom application loaded. Phones or mobile devices are not acceptable. You must be able to participate in an isolated area that is completely free of all distractions and interruptions. No one else can be in or around this area with you, as this is a completely confidential session. We will take regular breaks throughout the session. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
