Position Summary: 1. Demo drywall, metal studs, T-bar & ACT, flooring, HVAC ducting, and more. 2. Ability to operate equipment safely (scissor lift, skid-steer, boom lifts, floor strippers, etc..) would like experienced candidates for equipment but will train the right people. 3. Separate recyclable materials and load debris. 4. Must be safety-minded and work well with others and add value to the team. 5. Work at a quick and safe pace. Demolition work is fun, but hard and experienced demo workers are preferred but not necessary. We have several jobs in the pipeline and looking for only dependable, reliable, and honest workers.
