Description
Larger apartment complex in Auburn, CA is seeking a skilled, part-time maintenance person.
Hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 to 5:00 with a one-hour lunch period.
Must be able to work alone and must be able to work well with others.
Some experience and landscaping and light maintenance is required.
Reliable transportation, and a valid California Driver's License with a clean DMV status are required.
No smoking is allowed while on premises or in company vehicles.
Occasional heavy lifting is necessary.
Compensation will depend on experience.
