The bottom line is, criminalizing pot does not desired anyone who wants to use it from using it.
Why would you want our government decision if you can consume a plant or not? We need less government, not more government.
If we are going to insist that pot is criminalized, then we might as well criminalize cigarettes too. They are far more addictive than pot. They are far more destructive to a persons health than pot. They are far more destructive to our environment than pot.
Personally, I do not want the government making ANY decisions for me when it comes to my health.
Nations that have decriminalized marijuana do not report more health issues associated with usage.
Perhaps we need the government to tell us is we can eat sugar or drink caffeine. Personally, I want Uncle Sam out of my business.
