Hello! We are Folklorica! We’re a 4-piece pro American Rock band originating from Los Angeles, CA. We are available to play (no fee) for any restaurant in the East Bay Area the weekend of May 1st, 2021. Our bass player lives in Hayward and we're down in Orange County. Our band is very popular in Southern California and we are looking to establish a presence in the SF Bay Area, too! Our music appeals to everyone, young and old. There’s something for everybody. Flavored with American Rock-n-Roll, Reggae, Blues, Folkorica’s original music is steeped in the great American and Latin classics. You’ll hear nuances of groups such as Santana, Pink Floyd, Billy Idol, Los Lonely Boys, The Doobie Brothers, etc., because that’s what we grew up listening to. This is what makes our music so appealing to people from all walks of life. It has a certain familiarity that touches hearts, bodies, and souls. We also include popular covers in our set, too!
