Bio:
My name is Sky Sandoval. I've been practicing tai chi and qi gong for 17 years and teaching for the last 10. I'm currently studying and teaching at two of the oldest and most respected martial art schools in the Bay Area, the Wu Tao Kuan Martial Arts Institute in Oakland under Sifu Alex Feng and Original Oakland Jeet Kune Do under Sifu Felix Macias. I know two styles of tai chi,
Yang style 24 movement form, which is short and easy to learn for beginners, and a longer more complex Chen style 56 movement form. Over the years I've developed my own unique system of qi gong and have a strong background in kung fu. I have students in their early twenties and mid seventies. Daoist, and yin & yang philosophy are intricately connected to everything I teach.
