Rehoming very sweet mix - 11 months old

It is with a heavy heart we are having to rehome our sweet LuLu. We rescued her as a 5 month old pup last Oct but she really needs a home with less going on and no other pets. She has all of her vaccines up to date and we have all of her records. She has been an EMA for my daughter but needs more extensive training that we can’t afford. She is a very sweet dog who loves attention but is also skiddish around people and a bit territorial with other animals. We did a genetic panel on her that we can share as well. She loves sweaters and hats but does not love the car. She comes with everything she needs. We are asking a small rehoming fee and will be VERY selective to who she goes with as we want her next home to be her last.
